Thank you for taking an interest in my honey. I am not a professional at this. I just keep a few hives in my garden as bees fascinate me.

My honey comes from just two hives in a single garden at my home in Tetbury. It will have a subtly unique taste unlike any other honey. Hopefully you will like the taste but whether you do or you don’t it has nothing to with me. The bees forage wherever they want to go. They pick the pollen and the nectar they want to bring back to the hive. It was all up to the bees so thank them or blame them.

This is low touch honey. I spin the honey from the honey frames into a large bucket. The honey is then run through a sieve and into the jar. This honey is not filtered. That means there maybe very small deposits of wax or pollen still within it. Embrace it. It is all part of the joy of eating this sweet treat.
